1. Scope
This policy applies to all paid products and services purchased through Today Advisor, including seller lead subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Premium), value-added services (Product Sourcing, Business Audit / Enhanced Verification, Documentation Assistance), and promotional placements (Promote Your Business). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
2. Lead Subscription Plans
2.1 Nature of the product
A lead subscription plan grants you a fixed monthly quota of buyer leads matched to your category, country, and profile. Leads are digital, delivered continuously, and consumed at the moment the buyer's contact information or requirement is shared with your account.
2.2 No refund for consumed leads
Once a lead has been delivered to your dashboard (regardless of whether you actually contacted the buyer or converted it into a sale), it is considered used and is non-refundable.
2.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your seller dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing cycles; access and remaining leads for the current cycle continue until the end of that cycle. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
2.4 Pro-rated refund exceptions
A pro-rated refund of your latest cycle payment may be considered, at our discretion, in the following cases:
- You cancel within 7 days of first subscribing and no leads have been delivered to your account in that period;
- A significant, sustained platform issue attributable to Today Advisor prevented lead delivery for more than 7 consecutive days during the cycle;
- You were charged in duplicate for the same cycle.
Refunds are not available for reasons such as low personal conversion rate, seasonal demand, market conditions, poor response time, or changed business plans, since the Platform delivered the contracted product (matched leads).
3. Value-Added Services
Sourcing, Business Audit / Enhanced Verification, and Documentation Assistance are service engagements. Refund rules depend on how far the work has progressed at the time of your cancellation request:

Service fees are for the professional time and coordination effort involved. We do not refund because the outcome of an audit, a sourcing round, or a promotional placement is not what you hoped for, so long as the agreed scope was delivered.
4. Promotional / Featured Placements
Promotional placements (homepage feature, category top-banner, sponsored search listings) are booked for a defined placement period. Once the placement is live, the fee is non-refundable, even if you close your account or pause your listing during the period.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Sign in and open a support ticket at /support with the category "Refund request". Include your order/subscription reference, the amount, and the reason.
- Our team will acknowledge the ticket within 2 business days.
- We may ask for additional information (screenshots, transaction IDs, correspondence) to review the case.
- You will receive a written decision on the ticket within 7 business days of receiving all requested information.
6. Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment instrument. Timelines depend on your bank / card issuer but typically fall within:
- UPI / net banking: 3–5 business days;
- Credit / debit cards: 5–10 business days;
- International wire: 7–14 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Please raise refund requests with us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in temporary account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the effective date and will be communicated on the Platform.
